Ribs and asparagus

Uhh yeah, this is why I am not losing any weight. Just kidding. I made a small portion of ribs the other night for dinner. It was a last resort. I wasn't prepared for this, so the sauce was simply:
  • a big squirt of ketchup
  • soy sauce
  • a squirt of Siracha hot sauce
  • pepper, salt, garlic powder
And it turned out so damn good! I baked it for 2.5 hours at 375 degrees. I got a really good crispy skin on it and the rest was really tender.
