Giada at Home

My best friend gave me Giada at Home for Christmas. I love it! It's organized very well with a large selection of recipes using only vegetables. There are lots of recipes that I can see myself using with what I grow in my garden from appetizers to soups. Also, all her recipes are a two step process - just prepare or marinate and then cook. That's definitely my cooking style! Have you cooked anything new lately? Or just eaten anything that you really enjoyed?
